Omni's Wallingford facility houses a dedicated warm-water therapy pool. Buoyancy takes the load off healing joints, helping many patients begin moving, strengthening, and rebuilding confidence sooner and with less pain than land-based therapy alone often allows.
Performance training
ProPerformance
Where performance meets Longevity Therapy: every Omni office is part of the Omni ProPerformance Center, our program pairing objective balance assessment with hands-on Mechanical Motion Therapy, for athletes, active adults, and anyone who wants steadier footing. Your first session is a computerized evaluation, and your provider builds a training plan from your numbers.
Balance
Computerized balance testing and training on the ProBalance 360 and 720 platforms, including the vestibular system.
Motion
Instrument-assisted Mechanical Motion Therapy pairs gentle treatment with guided movement.
Cognitive
Thinking exercises layered onto balance work, so you train your mind and body together.

If you've never been to Omni, here's how it works, with no guesswork before you call.

Your evaluation
Your first visit includes a health history, a physical examination, and a diagnosis. Plan on about an hour, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

Your plan of care
Your provider builds an individualized plan and coordinates any imaging, testing, or referrals your recovery calls for across our offices when needed.
